This post is part of the #AtoZ April Blogging Challenge. It’s my second time and this year I’m going with micro-poetry—it’s a form that I’m going to be exploring through April and hopefully, beyond. My focus here is to play upon the myriad moods and emotions of life through these varying short forms.

Today’s post stands for the letter ‘M’ and is titled:
Mother

Yesterday was a busy day and I was rushing about for most part of the day, running errands and ticking off my to-do lists. Today, being a break day helps, so I can also read and catch up with the pending readings from my fellow bloggers.
I cannot say that this is my best attempt for today’s prompt, but given that I have set myself a deadline for publishing it, this is the best that I could come up with. As always, your comments and feedback are deeply appreciated, so please do keep them coming. Your kind words and your feedback mean a lot to me!
So, my heartfelt love and gratitude for each one of you stopping by the blog and sharing your thoughts. Your presence means a lot to me.

I am getting nervous and tired with posting daily now too Esha. Might just quit as I wanted this to be fun. I had been able to schedule a few but now doing one daily and its a struggle. So I totally relate with what you are going through. Hang in there but dont kill yourself for this. Your poems are truly pleasing to read and I have liked all of them so far.
Oh, yes! That’s MOTHER! What would we do without her?
So beautiful, Esha!
