It’s that time of the year when you begin to get misty-eyed and reflective on the year that’s slowly slipping by. You know that with exactly two weeks left before the year draws to a close, there is an increasingly strong need to step back, pause and look back on the year that has been. Not sure how it has been for you, but for me and my family, it’s been quite a mixed year of sorts—with good times and countless challenges thrown in for good measure—all leading up to more learning, more revelations and growth! 2019 has been tough on many counts!! But, I’m not complaining. I’ve learnt to accept things as they come, and on that count alone, I am truly, truly grateful!
Is it just me? Or do you feel this way too? Probably, it is the time of the year that makes us all get reflective all of a sudden. Pause and ponder on the ifs and the whys and why nots!
Natasha and I have been pondering on this for a while now and we feel that the next couple of weeks are a perfect time for us to go on a month-long break! Especially since we’ve not had a breather in months! We are hoping this will ensure we come back recharged and ready for some more photo fun in the New Year.
In the meantime, please do get ready to welcome our brand new edition of #wordlessWednesday that will go live on January 14, 2020. We look forward to welcome your smashing/thought-provoking photo posts so, please make a note of the dates in your calendar! Can’t wait to have you all back soon! 🙂
Before I sign off, here’s wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May joy, happiness, love, and well-being come to you in abundance and may you all have the most amazing and blessed start to the New Year!
Happy 2020!
