On Day 6 of the Write Tribe Festival of Words 2019, it is going to be a poem in the Japanese Haiku format— that I have been exploring for a while now. A haiku is traditionally a Japanese poem that some say originates as back as far as the 9th century.
A haiku is also a way of looking at an event or a situation or even the physical world around us in a way that is more profound and deep, with the aim of leaving the reader with a strong feeling or impression. Do let me know what you think of my poem, below.

Beautiful haikus, Esha. All of them so deep and touching. 🙂 <3
Thank you, Vinitha. So glad to hear this from you.
Loved this … it has so much meaning. Short and crisp.
Thank you, Shubhra.
This poem has such deep meaning. There is no way out when a person is gone and now you feel bad for your behaviour.
Thank you, Geethica
I love haiku and I loved all 3 of yours. Was hard to pick a favourite, but I think the 2nd one spoke to me the most probably because it had a soft gentle feel to it.
Thank you, Suzy. Glad to know you liked them.
