The Silence of Love | #Writebravely

This post is written for Day 4 of The Write Tribe Festival of Words June 2018.

That quiet moment
when you smiled.
Your firm hands,
when you held mine.
Your promises
when two broken hearts
became whole again.
Our only witness—
the sea and
the silence of Love.

    1. Thanks, Bhavna. Relationships are meant to complement each other right? That’s what I wanted to bring into my poem.

  1. This was truly heartwarming and sweet, Esha. You know I have the ability to go on and on in the comment box but I have no more words to say today because of the silence of love. Let me be silent. 🙂

    1. Thanks a lot, Anamika. So happy you thought so. Some moments in life do not need the support of words because it feels they are extraneous. I appreciate your silence. 🙂
